Positive Signs for our Market!
Despite the recent declines in the market, National Home Prices are up 80.5% since 2001. Real estate always has been and always will be the best investment in the world.
If we go back to the recessions of the early 90's and the early 2000's, when the market did return, it returned very quickly and very dramatically. I believe we will experience this same dramatic upturn again, especially seeing as how we have a strong economy, terrific interest rates plus an outstanding inventory of homes for buyers to choose from.
I am optimistic things will soon be again bright on the housing horizon.
